Mike Rome

Mike Rome serves as Dean of the Dunham College of Business at Houston Christian University. He previously served as CEO and Principal at Chilton Capital Management, where he led strategy, business development, and day-to-day firm operations.

Nationally recognized as a leading investment and wealth advisor to business owners, senior executives, and family offices, Mike's 35+ year career spans virtually every facet of the investment industry. Before Chilton, he was CEO of Texan Capital, and held partnership roles at Bridgeway Capital Management and AIM/Invesco, while leading offices for Merrill Lynch, Kidder Peabody, and Oppenheimer. He is also a Partner at Memorial Capital Partners, a private-equity firm.

Mike graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree and was a two-sport letterman in Football and Baseball. He furthered his studies in Portfolio Management at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and in Behavioral Finance at Harvard University.

Greggory L. Keiffer, Ph.D.

Dr. Gregg Keiffer brings more than 20 years of combined industry and academic experience spanning business strategy, marketing, analytics, organizational development, and higher education leadership. His professional background includes direct and multi-channel marketing, business intelligence, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making, giving him a strong practical foundation in how organizations use information, technology, and strategy to drive performance.

In academia, Dr. Keiffer has served as a higher education administrator and Associate Professor of Management, with extensive experience in teaching, research, program leadership, and institutional service. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development and Organizational Development from The University of Texas at Tyler, and his research focuses on organizational commitment, employee engagement, and gamification. His blend of industry and academic leadership supports his advisory work in strategic planning, higher education, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation.

Marian Zaki, Ph.D.

Dr. Marian Zaki is an AI and cybersecurity advisor, computer scientist, and professor with more than two decades of experience in technology, cybersecurity, and education. At MGM Advisory Partners, she helps organizations navigate the intersection of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity risk, privacy, governance, and emerging technology, translating complex technical challenges into practical business decisions.

Dr. Zaki is an Instructional Associate Professor of Computer Science at Texas A&M University, where her work focuses on cybersecurity, secure software design, applied cryptography, data analytics, and emerging technologies. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and brings a strong combination of technical expertise, research, education, and industry-focused problem solving to her advisory work.

A frequent speaker and panelist on AI governance and security, cybersecurity risk management, privacy, and emerging technologies, Dr. Zaki also serves in advisory and leadership roles beyond academia, including with Celesium.ai, Crime Stoppers of Houston, CareerSkillsToWork, and Beta Academy Charter Schools. Her work across industry, education, and nonprofit organizations gives her a broad perspective on how organizations can adopt technology securely and responsibly.
